Arekas Arena (Event Venue)

Due to the high demand for specific dates and the extensive preparation required for our bamboo stage and koi pond area, the following applies:

Cancellation Window	Refund Status
Booking Deposit	Non-Refundable (50% advance)
30+ Days Before Event	Deposit non-refundable; catering/decor extras may be refunded
Within 30 Days of Event	100% Non-Refundable

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule an event must be made at least 45 days in advance and are subject to date availability.

Bamboo Bliss

Arekas Bamboo Bliss (Cottages)

For individual room or cottage bookings, our policy is as follows:

Cancellation Window	Refund
7 or More Days Before Check-in	100% Refund (minus processing fee)
3 to 7 Days Before Check-in	50% Refund
Within 72 Hours / No Show	No Refund
Early Departure	No Refund

Force Majeure (Act of God)

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated lockdowns that make the farm inaccessible or unsafe, Arekas reserves the right to cancel bookings. In such cases:

Guests will be offered a full credit note valid for 12 months or a full refund, at the management's discretion.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method — Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card.

Damage & Final Payments

Arekas Arena: You may be required to pay 100% of the amount before the start of the event, provided no damage occurred to the bamboo structures, koi pond, or landscape.
Arekas Bamboo Bliss: Any significant damage to cottage interiors or furniture will be charged to the guest's card on file or deducted from their deposit.
