• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking at Arekas Arena or Arekas Bamboo Bliss.

• Booking & Advance: A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to confirm a venue booking.
• Usage Policy: The client is responsible for any damage to the bamboo backdrop, koi pond, or general landscape during the event.
• Permits: Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for complying with local guidelines and laws, including permissible license rules.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Guest Conduct: We promote a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the farm premises.
• Nature Sensitivity: As a farm-stay, guests are expected to respect the natural surroundings, including the arecanut plantation and bamboo structures.
• Liability: Arekas is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for any injuries sustained due to negligence on the farm.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave the premises without a refund if these terms are violated or if guest behavior is deemed harmful to the property, staff, or other guests.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
