How many guests can Arekas Arena accommodate?
Events of up to 500 guests. The dining pavilion seats more than 100 and takes about 250–300 in buffet or cocktail style.
Does the price include catering and decoration?
No. Venue hire is separate from catering, decoration and photography. We quote these for your guest count, menu and theme when we meet.
Are there dedicated bride and groom rooms?
Yes. Dedicated bride & groom rooms are available near the stage for getting ready and resting between ceremonies.
Where is Arekas Arena?
Survey No 119, Arekere Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk, Bangalore 562163, Karnataka, close to Yelahanka and reachable from Doddaballapur, Jakkur, Hebbal, Devanahalli, Thanisandra and Vidyaranyapura.
Is there a swimming pool and parking?
Yes. The on-site pool is open to guests, and there is on-site parking for guest vehicles.
What is the cancellation policy?
The 50% booking advance is non-refundable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 45 days ahead, subject to availability. Full policy.
