How much does Arekas Arena cost?
Venue packages start at ₹1,80,000 for 12 hours and ₹3,50,000 for 24 hours, each for up to 500 guests.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is complimentary with the 24-hour package. With the 12-hour package, cottages and dormitories are charged separately.
Does the price include catering and decoration?
No. They are add-ons: buffet catering from about ₹490 per plate, decoration from ₹42,000 and photography from ₹25,000, priced for your guest count, menu and theme.
How much advance is required to book?
Both packages need a 50% advance to confirm your date.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
The 50% booking advance is non-refundable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 45 days ahead, subject to availability. Within 30 days of the event, bookings are fully non-refundable. Full policy.
