• Service delivery: processing your cottage bookings, managing event venue schedules, and coordinating catering or décor for Arekas Arena.
• Communication: sending booking confirmations, updates about your event, or responding to enquiries.
• Safety & security: maintaining guest registers as required by local regulations and keeping our farm-stay and venue premises secure.
• Marketing: with your consent, we may send updates about seasonal offers at Bamboo Arcadia or new facilities at Arekas Arena.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited before. These Google services set their own cookies. When you send an enquiry, your mobile number may be shared with Google in hashed (scrambled, not readable) form, only to measure our ads. You can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Our on-site chat assistant is provided by Quickchat AI. Messages you type into the chat are processed by Quickchat to generate replies and may be stored so our team can follow up on your enquiry. Please do not share payment or other sensitive details in the chat.
